The last day of the year is soon approaching and a new year will be here within the blink of an eye. So much has happened in the past year, from highs to lows we should ring in the New Year with a celebration. What better way than to do it this on New Year’s Eve. Gather all your loved ones and ask them to celebrate the New Year with these delicious recipes that will have them ready to say hello to 2017.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

This holiday season it’s all about sharing, so why not make a delicious artichoke spinach dip. The main reason I love the artichoke spinach dip is because it’s one food you can share with everybody. It’s also very simple to make. Some ingredients you’ll need are: spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, artichokes, and garlic. Once you have your ingredients, let the cooking begin. You can accompany the artichoke spinach dip with bread (sourdough bread tastes the best) or tortilla chips.

Who says veggies must be boring and not taste good? If you want to start your healthy resolution a day early, then this is the perfect recipe. You can make some stuffed mushrooms. Mushrooms are full nutrients such as boosting your immune system and has vitamins that can help your body. Now that we know the benefits of mushrooms, let’s add some spices and other ingredients to make this vegetable taste even better. Stuffed mushrooms will wow your guests. This New Year’s Eve, don’t spend too much time preparing an exquisite meal. Your family and friends are here to celebrate the upcoming year with their loved ones.  A simple and delicious treat to make are veggie quesadillas. The ingredients are very minimal and don’t require a long time to make. You’ll need flour tortillas, cheese (preferably Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese), and the veggie of your choice. If you like you can add some guacamole or sour cream on the side for extra deliciousness.
