You know what my favorite part of summer is? The food!! Fresh berries, watermelon, oranges–mmm, my mouth is watering. I especially love having a cookout with my friends and family. A barbeque is a great way to bring people together and enjoy the season. But, you know what you need to have a great barbeque? Great BBQ recipes! Most people probably think about BBQ recipes as steak, hamburgers and hot dogs, but there are so many great vegetarian BBQ recipes out there. Why not savor the tastes of summer without hurting the environment? Check out some of my favorite vegetarian BBQ recipes for summer:
Appetizers – BBQ Recipes
Have you ever had bruschetta? What about bruschetta BBQ recipes? So good! My favorite is this sweet grilled fig bruschetta. Another one of my favorite finger food BBQ recipes is grilled artichoke pesto zucchini rolls.

Side dish BBQ recipes are usually vegetarian-friendly, because they’re usually just grilled vegetables. I like to take it to the next level and go vegan for my sides!
Love potato salad, but need a vegan option? I love grilled potato BBQ recipes. Try this grilled potato salad. It’s different but delicious!
Need your fix of slaw? This grilled cabbage with spicy lime dressing will have you switching out your non-vegan BBQ recipes for these awesome wedges. Just make sure you swap out the fish sauce for this vegan substitute.

There are tons of BBQ recipes out there for veggie burgers. Did you know you can also make veggie dogs?
