It’s feast time! Om nom nom. It’s time to loosen your belt and break out the big plates. While others may say their favorite Thanksgiving food is turkey, as a vegetarian, I love the stuffing, yams, and pumpkin pie! Mmmm. Even though I go green by avoiding the turkey, I still always have enough food to get fantastically full. How? I have tons of great vegetarian recipes for Thanksgiving!
