Take a stroll in the park or just drive a little ways and you’ll see the relaxing Westlake Village Lake, one of the largest privately owned lakes in the country! It’s a private lake for Westlake Village residents and resident’s guests only! There’s even an exclusive boating club. Once you get moving to Westlake Village, you’ll get to be a part of this great treat!
Spend a day out at one of Westlake Village’s five beautiful parks: Foxfield Park, Berniece Bennet Park, Canyon Oaks Park, Russel Ranch Park, and Three Springs Park. Each park is different with some having playgrounds, tennis courts, and some opening late until 10 pm. Decide which one is your family favorite and make it a family day by spending it at your favorite park! There are many hiking trails in and around Westlake Village. There are plenty of paths to take with amazing views of the surrounding areas. Some are even walkable by the elderly or younger kids.
If hiking isn’t your thing, maybe you should check out some of these golf courses! The one downside to such a great town is its an area known for brush fires. But I think it’s definitely worth moving to Westlake Village!
