Looking to experience how life was in the late 1800’s? Swing by the Leonis Adobe Museum! It is Los Angeles #1 cultural monument. Experience what a jail was like back in the Old Wild West! Bring the whole family over to enjoy a picnic in the picturesque of Calabasas Creek Park. There is also a huge ranch with tons of animals from horses to sheep’s, to goats, turkeys, chickens and doves. There are also field trips and tours, just be sure to call the Leonis Adobe Museum first for times and scheduling.

Check out the Malibu Creek State Park for all those fun outdoorsy activities located in Calabasas. There is also opportunities to go horseback riding as well. The Malibu Creek State Park is over 4,000 acres of amazing scenery and this park is known for the history of Hollywood Productions, such as “Daddy Long Legs”, “Annie Laurie”, “Tarzan Escapes”, “How Green Was My Valley”, “Planet of the Apes”, and so forth. The Malibu Creek State Park also has a great bike trail for some serious mountain bikers.
