Looking to have a Memorial Day fiesta and enjoy the weather at the beach? Then come over to Hermosa Beach for a fun-filled Memorial fiesta day! There will be crafts, over 200 vendor booths, petting zoo and also live entertainment! Every year Hermosa Beach has a Memorial Day fiesta and people just don’t come just for the crafts, they also come for the great music and good food! I know, I’ll be there, because Hermosa’s buses and generators will be fueled by biodiesel. YAY for biodiesel! The Memorial Day fiesta starts at 10am, so be sure to get there early. Hope to see you there!
Live near the good ol’ valley? Well come out to Canoga Park Memorial Day Parade. The parade consists of military marching units, floats, fancy old antique cars and much more. There will also be vendors, food and great music! The Memorial Day parade will be held on Memorial Day and it will begin with a 5k run and then the parade begins at 11am. Sounds like a fun day to me!
If you’re going to the Canoga Park Memorial Day Parade, make sure you stop by the St. Nicholas Valley Greek Festival located in Northridge. The Memorial Day festival provides a Greek essence with a cultural experience with food, pastries, dancing and live music. Admission is free and it begins Memorial Day weekend.
