According to the Map the Meal Gap study, there are 1,749,600 “food insecure people” in Los Angeles alone and many hundreds of thousands more across Orange County—many of them children. “One out of four children in Los Angeles County and one out of five children in Orange County are at risk of going to bed hungry tonight,” said NorthStar Moving Co-Founder Laura McHolm. “By donating even one food item to your local Coldwell Banker office, you will be helping feed a hungry child.”
