Hey, guys! How have you been? It’s been a while since I’ve written anything. I wanted to tell you what I’ve been up to lately. So, let me start off by saying I was in my school performance of Cabaret. It was so much fun! I really loved it. It was such a huge feat for me, since it was really exhausting to pull off, but I am proud of myself because I managed to stay out of the hospital! Speaking of the hospital,
I love being green, and I count the days until Earth Day every year, because it means a celebration of all things green. Yippee for Earth Day! Whether you’re already an eco nut or need some help in the green department, we can all afford to green up our Earth Day and day-to-day lives. So, in celebration of Earth Day (which is April 22), I’ve decided to share some ways to make your daily routine a little more green:
Easter is coming! Do you have enough eggs? Craft plans? Ideas on how to make your celebration a little greener? If not, I’ve got your Easter greenery covered! Going green for Easter doesn’t mean sacrificing the fun. In fact, green Easter crafts and practices can actually make you have MORE fun this Easter! Get out your best bunny costume, and get moving (or hopping!) to a greener, more festive Easter!
Passover is almost here! I can’t wait to sit around the table with my family and friends to share food, stories, and memories. Passover is a time of celebration and moderation, so why not extend that to our environment? This Passover, I’m keeping it green, and I want to share how I’m doing it with you. Here’s how we can all keep the earth in mind during our Passover celebrations this year:
HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY, CLAIRE!!!! On April 10, NorthStar Moving’s favorite teenager will be celebrating the big 1-7. To help get the celebration started, we’ve decided to share 17 things we love about this amazing person (and believe us, it was hard to narrow it down to just 17!). Claire Wineland is an amazing 16-year-old living with Cystic Fibrosis.
NorthStar Moving cares about our clients, but we care about our employees just as much. That’s why we have been voted one of the best places to work and that’s why we were interested to hear what one of our movers had to say about, well, moving! I sat down with Richard, who was recently promoted to the dispatch office (way to go, Richard!) and asked him to talk my ear off about my favorite subject—moving!
